What is the return policy?
We want you to love your style! We offer a hassle-free 14-day return and exchange policy from the date your package is delivered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging are intact.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Since we use high-quality DTG printing for every order, we usually take 24–48 hours to process and print your design. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 days for the rest of India
Will the print fade after washing?
No! We use professional-grade inks and a high-resolution 300 DPI setup to ensure the design stays vibrant. To maintain the print, we recommend washing the garment inside out in cold water.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Since our products are printed specifically for you, we cannot accept cancellations once the printing process has started.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
