At Gen-zwala, each T-shirt is custom-printed specifically for you. Because of this personalized nature, our return policy differs from traditional retail.
1. 14-Day Replacement Guarantee (Damages & Defects)
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at zero cost to you.

Reporting Window: Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Mandatory Evidence: As per local logistics norms, an unboxing video is required to process claims for damages or missing items. Please record a video while opening your package.

Resolution: Once verified, we will ship a fresh replacement within 4-6 working days.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Custom POD Policy)
Some items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of Mind: "I don't like the design anymore."

Sizing Errors: Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering. We cannot refund for shirts that do not fit if they match our size guide measurements (allowing for a standard ±0.5-inch tolerance).

Self-Modification: Items that have been washed, worn, or had tags removed.
3. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Once the design has moved to the printing stage, cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
If a refund is approved (e.g., for a double payment or out-of-stock item):

Mode: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card).

Timeline: As per RBI guidelines and standard banking norms, please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
