Refund policy

At Gen-zwala, each T-shirt is custom-printed specifically for you. Because of this personalized nature, our return policy differs from traditional retail.

1. 14-Day Replacement Guarantee (Damages & Defects)

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at zero cost to you.

  • Reporting Window: Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

  • Mandatory Evidence: As per local logistics norms, an unboxing video is required to process claims for damages or missing items. Please record a video while opening your package.

     

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will ship a fresh replacement within 4-6 working days.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Custom POD Policy)

Some items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of Mind: "I don't like the design anymore."

  • Sizing Errors: Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering. We cannot refund for shirts that do not fit if they match our size guide measurements (allowing for a standard ±0.5-inch tolerance).

     

  • Self-Modification: Items that have been washed, worn, or had tags removed.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once the design has moved to the printing stage, cancellations are no longer possible.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

If a refund is approved (e.g., for a double payment or out-of-stock item):

  • Mode: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card).

  • Timeline: As per RBI guidelines and standard banking norms, please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
