Thank you for shopping with EZSTYLZ. We take pride in creating every T-shirt specifically for you. Please review our shipping process below.

1. Fulfillment & Processing Time

Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, your shirt doesn't exist until you order it!

  • Processing Time: Most orders are designed, printed, and quality-checked within 5–7 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or sales, processing may take up to 7-10 business days.

2. Shipping Estimates (Pan-India)

Once your order is printed and packed, we ship via trusted local partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, or Ecom Express).

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after fulfillment.

  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days after fulfillment.

  • Northeast & Rural Areas: 7–10 business days after fulfillment.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can typically expect your T-shirt to arrive at your doorstep within 7–12 working days from the date of order.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Flat 50 Rupees across India.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹499

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If available, an additional convenience fee of ₹20 may apply.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can track your package in real-time through our website’s "Track Order" page or the courier partner's portal.

5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Orders

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are 100% accurate.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after 3 attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply for the second attempt.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your package looks tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery or ensure you record an unboxing video. This video is mandatory for us to claim insurance from the courier and send you a free replacement.
