  • Transactional: Details of the T-shirts you purchased, price, and date of transaction.

  • Payment: Handled securely via [Insert Payment Gateway, e.g., Razorpay/PayU]. We do not store your full card/UPI details on our servers.

2. Purpose of Processing

We process your data for the following specified purposes:

  • To deliver your T-shirts and send tracking updates (Contractual Necessity).

  • To send promotional offers and new design launches (Consent-based).

     

  • To comply with Indian tax laws (GST) and financial reporting (Legal Obligation).

     

3. Your Rights as a "Data Principal"

Under Indian law, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: Request a summary of the data we hold about you.

  • Right to Correction/Erasure: Ask us to update wrong info or delete your data once your order is delivered and the tax period ends.

  • Right to Nominate: You may nominate any individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s secure servers. While some data may be processed internationally by Shopify, we ensure it remains protected under standards equivalent to Indian law.
